【材料】:雞腿肉1斤、馬鈴薯1個、黑棗4-6顆、枸杞5克、蒜頭10克、辣椒1支、蒜絲少許、米酒1小匙、醬油2大匙、龍眼黑棗枸杞醋4大匙、味醂1小匙
【龍眼黑棗燉雞做法】:
1、蔥切段;辣椒切段,備用。
2、馬鈴薯入水川燙撈起,備用。
3、起油鍋用一湯匙油,將蒜頭、辣椒爆香,放入雞腿肉炒香;
4、加入米酒、味醂、醬油,再加入龍眼黑棗枸杞醋拌炒均勻之後;
5、以小火悶煮約20分鐘;
6、加入一碗水,開成大火,放上泡了水的黑棗繼續滾煮約15分鐘。
7、川燙好的馬鈴薯切塊,放入鍋中,再放入枸杞煮一下之後,即可起鍋。
【龍眼黑棗枸杞醋做法】:
1、先將黑棗洗淨風乾。
2、取一瓶子洗淨風乾後,用刀背將黑棗拍裂放入。
3、放入龍眼、枸杞、無糖的糯米醋以及冰糖。
4、封口靜置一至二個月,即完成「龍眼黑棗枸杞醋」。
