Your video is quite silly. The United States is the party named in numerous legal actions to which the federal government is a party. The federal government acts via numerous departments, agencies, and similar bodies. Some of the bodies set up by federal law, such as the FDIC, are described as corporations because they operate at arm's length. Your affidavit does not change this situation. Also, getting an apostille is quite unnecessary for a notarisation if you do not intend to use it abroad.
