Commissioner Ritter talks about how important it is for older adults to learn about and master new technology. With the Oasis Institute, which has partnered with Broward County, residents who are 50+ can learn about computers, the web and more. The press conference announced that AT&T was contributing $625,000 to the program. The Tamarac branch of the Broward County Library is one location where these free classes are offered.
