I watched your propaganda, but I am not fooled. No tariffs is how we contributed to the decimation of Mexican corn farmers' livelihood with NAFTA. Now you want to flood Colombia with cheaper US corn. When we can't impose tariffs, the cheap goods that flood our markets put American workers out of business. Free Trade= US factories closed.
