@FalconFreek The only people in metal I know of that hate God and praise Satan is those in the Norwegian Black Metal bands. Now they are really crazy, good music, but would never want to meet them. lol.

@firsttime2cu I highly doubt God (Allah) would think that the music of Mozart was evil. Sure he was a raging womanizer and party animal, but his music was pure.

I think that the whole notion of music being forbidden was put there by the ancient leaders within Islam to prevent them from expressing themselves and thus making them more obedient and controllable.

Plus, even if it is forbidden, I highly doubt that you wont go to heaven just because you played music.

firstly i must am am muslem, i like rock and some heavy metal bands. I also know that and accept that the wind, string instruments are haram(forbidden) in islam.
