I've been free hugging for half a year now! It's just beautiful! I go around everywhere with a folded paper sign in my pocket.
My guide:
1. Go out to spread love and friendship
2. don't discriminate hugs
3. say "free hugs" and give a friendly smile
4. try to hug those people who you think are just amazing, try to strike up more of a conversation with them, make those friends you could never make before so you can bring more positivity into your life.

In India we have what is called the hugging therapy.
Unfortunately, we are think we are too progressive these days, you see, that we feel shy even to hug our children or parents... We are too caught up in the race with rodents and insects chasing a mirage...
