http://www.ProCPR.org When two rescuers are present to perform child CPR, the lead position assures that that scene is safe, performs an assessment and activates EMS, if this has not already been done. If the child has no breathing and no pulse, begin CPR. The compressor is the rescuer at the child's side, and the rescue breather is the rescuer at the child's head. The rescuers should continue the cycles of 15 compressions and two breaths for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes when the compressor is encouraged to call for a switch. Then the compressor will switch places with the rescue breather. This cycle should continue until the child is revived, until an AED is available, or the next level of life support arrives.
@vsecret23 There's a newer version of the video. If you search for "Child CPR 2 Rescuer," you'll find it.
Also, I believe that in another video he says that he's only doing it on the opposite side so that people watching the video can see clearly.

@ROYALTYMB The current standard is that it is always 30:2 unless in 2 rescuer CPR for children then it becomes 15:2. This may change when the 2010 standards come out.
