果敢！ 果敢！ 果敢！

果敢在二十世纪前一直是中国固有领土，十九二十世纪之交为英国殖民者侵占，并入英属印度。缅甸独立后果敢成为缅甸的一部分。

一九八九年三月十一日，果敢部族武装正式脱离了当时业已式微的缅共，与缅甸联邦军政府和解，成为掸邦第一特区，从此与其它几个特区一道，走上和平建设的道路。

尽管困难重重，然而果敢人以坚忍不拔的毅力建设自己的家园。在缅甸这个在现代世界史上最不适合人类生存与发展的土地上披荆斩棘，直至今日。而果敢人，除了具有中华民族所有­传统美德以外，更是在无处不曾是战场的满目疮痍的缅甸大地磨砺了无比果决坚忍的意志与品格。

他们与恶劣的自然环境斗争，与邪恶的缅甸军政府以及周边所有危及他们生存的恶势力斗争。他们以鲜血和汗水延续着自己中华的血脉和文脉。

进入新世纪，果敢的生命迎来了新的一页：他们从此与罂粟永别。这于他们是在肉体和精神上都是一次涤荡和洗礼。这是一次浴火重生！

全体中国人与你们同在！全世界的华人与你们同在！全世界的追求正义的人们都会为你们祝福，并祝愿你们在与邪恶的恶棍Junta政权的斗争中取得胜利！

胜利属于果敢！！！

中国印度的边界之争，今日缅甸的欺凌华人都是当年英国惹的祸。
