this is free running not parkour parkour is about overcoming your obsticles in the fastest most flowent way you can so a flip is not a parkour trick becous you have to slow down way to much to do it and its not that flowent if you disagree suck it im in the vancuver parkour club they teach all this and its not just cuz i cant do a backflip cuz i can do a 360 backflip ive been in gymnastics since i whas 5
