u know ff7 definitely left its mark on me. but, as hesitant as i am to say this, i gotta say it. ff9 just fucking stabbed me in the heart. i cant even listen to melodies of life cuz of how nostalgic i get. its insane how a game can do that to you. everything was perfect. the story. the bosses. the characters. the places. i even enjoyed battling the fucking monsters. EVEN THE FUCKING ITEMS GOT ME HYPED. its incredible. fucking video game =')

I remember bawling my eyes out the first time I watched this. No kind of finality like finishing an FF. I wish Nobuo still did the music, the new stuff just isn't the same. Bit even close.

The fact that this happened on PSone ultimately shows which platform rules. The Nintendo 64 never reached this height of performance.

My best game i've ever played. After 10 years, I still love all about this game: music, character, story, gameplay ...I start to play it again every freetime. FF9 is enternal in my life. Thanks all creators for making this awesome game. I cry whenever i saw a video about ff9 in Youtube. Very touching

The part where Garnet jumps on Zidane and cries then hits him always gets to me and then Zidane just hugs her tighter and caress her hair, I wish to experience that too someday, I admire Zidane so much, helping without needing a reason.
