How to replace a Toshiba/Samsung DVD drive in an XBox 360

Warning, this ONLY applies to the Toshiba/Samsung drive!

This is part 1 of a step-by-step walkthrough on how to replace your DVD drive. If you're games are taking longer and longer to load, you get a lot of dirty disc errors, or worse, you get the screen saying "Place this disc in an XBox 360 to play," then this is for you.

A couple notes:
1. This image will give you a better idea of which screws take out:

2. The white ribbon cables inside the DVD drive are VERY fragile. Be careful!

Cant you replace the chip in the new dvd drive from the original dvd drive to keep from flashing it?
