In this video I will be showing you how to make a homemade no bake protein with about 30 grams of protein 15 grams of carbs and 20 grams of good fat.
Ingredients -
* 1 scoops of protein powder ( Whey, Wheat, Soy, ect...)
* 1 Table Spoon of Peanut Butter ( All natural, chunky, JIFF, ect...)
* 1/16 - 1/8th Cup of water ( start with less water then add more if needed)
***OPTIONAL*** 1 packet of sweetener or sugar
***OPTIONAL*** 1 heaping teaspoon of CoAco Power
***OPTIONAL*** 1/4th teaspoon of Vanilla Flavoring
***OPTIONAL*** Anything else for flavor (Example, Chocolate chips, M&M's, ect...)
