gym 2x week, cardio- 25 min (rowing, cycle, cross trainer) diet around 1000 cal a day (sometimes more) ... feel like my legs are waay more toned than before and upper body (back) is toning more.. would love to be below the 130 mark by christmas and maintain that for a bit :) thnx for advice and support !

  • you look goodand don't need to lose weight... but not my cup of brown sugar.. a black woman with no ass is like a car with no air conditioning... do they still make those?

  • Have you reached your goal yet? I'm sure by now you are, but I just wanted to mention you might have gained weight back before because you were eating too few calories, which would make sticking to it harder. 1000 calories is too low and will likely screw up your metabolism (happened to me). 1200 cals/day is the lowest recommended calories for women. I try for max. 1500 cals/day and just up my exercise and activity, that way I have wiggle room and won't end up binging. Good luck and update plz!

  • um again i know this is an old video. but eating below 1100 calories can actually go against your efforts. not only is it bad for you hair skin nails and mental happiness;if you go below this your body goes into "starvation mode" and will store any sugars and fats you eat as visible fat on your body.

    I want you to know I'm not hating I'm just speaking from experience and what a nutritionist would tell you. <3
