ok, I saw your video with you detangling prior to shampooing your hair, do you still do that or do you detangle twice?

You can order 1L and 1 gallon bottles of the Giovanni conditioner from massage, warehouse, dot com
-
for styling, do you only use your shea butter mix and water.

Guuuurrrl. I have the same type hair and agree with everything you've said 100%. I'm a bit lazier when it comes to my hair than you are so I have to deal with more knots in the detangling process. All I can say is that it takes a LOT of patience, time... AND the right tools. I'm gonna try this wooden brush that had thick, wide and completely smooth bristles, by Swissco. Have you ever tried that one? I will probably post a vid about it at some point.

the widetooth comb will never totally detangle your hair strands. after going through the 2 time with widetooth comb, go through with that smaller comb starting from the end moving up and u'll see how much easier it is. BTW, LOVE YOUR HAIR THOUGH!
I've been natural since 2001 and i've been learning how to take better care of my hair too, even more so that i have dyed my hair. I love to watch your videos because i have the same texture or hair but i do have a question, how often do you watch your hair? and do you ever have a problem with dry scalp? I'm asking around because i have a major problem with that and always have. I'm trying something new but i would like to hear if you have the same problem.
thanks!!

@divabcjill04 I try to wash every 2 weeks, key word is TRY LOL. I don't always stay true to it though. I do get dry scalp sometimes but it's not that bad, lately I've been putting sweet almond oil on it and that seems to help.

Do you do a pre detangling session before you shampoo or you only do it after after you shampoo?

Hi thanks for sharing your tips. we share similar hair texture, please help me with few questions that I have. when do you trim your hair and does it help it to grow longer and thicker. and how long did it take to get to your hair length because my hair is very slow in growing. lastly what type of vitamin do you take to promote hair growth besides biotin. thank you.

@Hair4OType As far as vitamins go I take One a day multi vitamin, zinc & fish oil. I don't take them to promote hair growth, I just take them cause everyone needs their vitamins. I tried biotin a while ago and it messed up my skin, made me break out really bad. Hope that answers your questions :0)
