@mimictt @mimictt You should not need to worry about that in my opinion. Thin does not always mean healthy. The general rule for good health is to reduce refined foods and increase whole foods and live foods. Get enough sleep and drink plenty of water. I suggest putting up a regiment such as Pilates and general strength exercises. Focus on health and to be able to live a full life. :) Good luck and God bless! :D

I'm 5'0 and weigh 46 kg. I want to lose 7 kg, would it be easy for to lose weight? and follow your diet plan??
