  • Recipe?

  • @PartyPete021 I dont have it in front of me but search part 1

  • How come those mason jars don't explode from co2 gas?

  • @GeezMuzick the way lids are designed on mason jars allows gas to escape but not return back into the jar

  • Distilling anything to drink is illegal in the US. The only place it is legal right now is new zealand. In the US its a fed crime and some states will add theirs on top of that. This however isn't distilling, its just making hard cider in the ground for some reason. Same thing can be done legally in a kitchen.

  • @neo71665 I'm definately getting conflicting legal advice which is exactly why I did not post part 3. I figure anyone that watches and is serious about it would figure out the next step.... wink... wink Thanks for watching and commenting

  • Who cares if it illegal or not. If you pay your taxes and the only thing you have done wrong was make few batches for yourself, I see nothing wrong in that. If the system finds your 7 jars 3ft under ground then the system has too much control and needs to be changed.

  • @outofworkbum what recipe did you use?

  • What's you recipe??

  • distilling isnt illegal it might be in your state but the only time it becomes illegal is when your distilling enough to sell. a 1 gallon batch here and there is not near enough for them to arrest you

  • some sweet videos, wish i could have tasted it with you, this all seems so fun

  • I suggest you read your laws better before a false sense of knowing them gets you locked up. There is NO SMALL LIMIT you can make without a permit.

    Spirits

You cannot produce spirits for beverage purposes without paying taxes and without prior approval of paperwork to operate a distilled spirits plant.
