Could have been handled much better cops are so scared, they react without thinking then expect everyone to back them up, I do in most cases , this is not one of them. I have worked with police for over 50 years and it is getting to be a sad situation with most dept there lack of realistic training that gets them, killed or some innocent person.

He must have been CIA because if he wasn't this video would have stated it. What that cop did was 100% Wrong. The legalities of Jurisdiction is questionable. If that was an INTER-State Highway, That Cowardly Cop is looking at major Jail Time. If the Highway was an INTRA-State Highway then the State of Texas, MAY have to answer to The Federal Government under State Law..

I'm usually disgusted by police brutality and unjustified shootings, but this video didn't give me that feeling. Was the shooting justified. No. That cop was scared. It amazes me that all the extra 'combat' training these officers go through, yet for some reason the breakdown is almost always lack of tactical control and communication. If a military unit of 18 yr. olds can execute and keep control, what is the breakdown among police?

@matty0566 The police officer said "Its not every day you pull over a CIA" So either the man showed his CIA badge, Or gave himself out to be a CIA agent. If he was CIA he was probably afraid of losing his job if he stayed for whatever violation he might have commit, and if he just said he was CIA, Well he commit a crime just by claiming that.
