It won't beat all of the talent in the world if any of the talent is also practicing 10 hours. And much of the natural talent does this.

You need 2 things :
1-a God given talent (You'd better not burry it)
2-an inner vision, a goal you're trying to aim. Without vision you don't do anything, you don't even practice, you don't give your time, you don't get anywhere, even with a gift. I know a bass player that is capable of playing EVERYTHING from his many Bass Vids and can't even play along the simplest song by ear. So what is lacking him?

NONE of us are born with ability to play guitar well... But some of us are born with talent... But still 10 hours of practice will forever beat all the talent in the world. "God did not give me shit either" per se but i had some sort of musical connection. Some people are and some arent.
