My attempt at t the Calisthenics Kingz requirements.
5 muscle ups
10 pull ups
6 levers
30 second handstand
20 dips
20 push-ups

  • @punknfit Thanks friend. Protein from brown rice, beans, lentils, leafy greens like spinach, broccoli, quinoa, oatmeal, fruits, nuts and seeds, whole grain breads. Supplement with hemp and spirulina protein.

  • I can do all except for the handstand...

  • Well... I can do the pushups.. working on the dips.. actually managed to do some.. no chance before he he.. so getting there slow and steady.. 95 kg A.T.M. I was 135 or 140 kg some years ago.. so this is getting fun :D

Your'e a big inspiration to me, not only for the great astethic look you have achieved but also because of your tremendus feats of strength, but even more so because of the way you have done it, breaking the norms within the fitness community by being vegan an all. it is something most gym goers have a hard time understanding, why someone can look and perform that good without eating meat.

  • @Foxrider4564 I'm 19 and I can't even do a handstand, and I'm willing to bet he can do it a lot longer. Those are just the requirements, foo! :)
