I use Excel 2007, when I press "Alt+F1", I open a new Word, not create a new chart. why?

The only reason I can think of is that the administrator of your computer programed it that way - which mean it would over-ride the default keyboars set up by Microsoft.

Can I use AMPERSAND to name my chart title such as (="Sales for the month of "&'Sales'!D2&"and Region of "&'Sales'!D2&)? My charts are created my as new sheet instead of as an object. Thank you for sharing I learned a lot.

Yes you can! Make the formula in a cell first, then point the chart title to that cell. search for and watch this video title:
