2:34 .... that's when the video gets retarded. If you move your palm away, your finger will move forward, that's all. The force is not gonna magically "project" outwards, it's just gonna move the finger in its direction. And pressing into some part of your body doesn't mean there are forces "projecting" out of the entire surface. The reaction force disappears as soon as the active force disappears, and definitely doesn't remain there and projects outward."equal and opposite reaction" .. 0 = 0.
