"Giddy" and "rambling" are good descriptors. They scream "Prozac" to me. This woman is both stupid and, IMHO, a little crazy. The stories we have seen that expose her behaviors also show a spoiled-brat mentality. She is a low-grade "cult of personality." Her substance is minimal, her charisma is high, and her looks appeal to the LCD. What a perfect politician. And, like a true poli, she turns and runs when it gets hot, or the truth gets too close.
America is SO Screwed if this keeps up.
