I'm Catholic, Pro-Choice, and voted for President Obama. I suppose you think it's morally correct to kill a million innocent Iraqis because one: most of them are Muslims; two: they're already born. Any one who would support the murder of living innocent people and support a party who took power in 2000 by means of election fraud, is not only not a Christian, they're an asshole as well. Indict Bush now! Keep abortion safe and legal!

Jesus followers are no part of the world.—John 15:19. Christians represent Christ & his Kingdom.—Jo 18:36; 2 Cor 5:20. The Christian congregation is united in belief, & its members are bound together by Christlike love.—1 Cor 1:10; Col 3:14. Those who elect a certain official share a responsibility.— 1 Sam 8:5, 10-18 and 1 Tim 5:22. God viewed Israels desire for a visible ruler as as them rejecting Him.—1 Sam 8:7.

@pickledbill Nahhh, don't make excuses for Kerry. He failed because he was a jock. He played soccer, hockey, lacrosse and fencing teams and in addition, he took flying lessons. All paid for by his great aunt. No worries on his part.

Kerry failed half his classes im his first year because he got deployed to vietnam where Bush just sat in Texas doing coke with all the other chicken hawks.
-
Bush had a better GPA than Kerry. Kerry failed half of his class in the first year.

Yeah, look at George W. Bush. Growing up, he only had one butler, he got straight C's and he failed at every business he attempted because he was high on cocaine and alcohol. But HE was able to rise above it all and get elected on his own acomplishments.

After a person is born there is always a chance that things will work out for them. If you look at those who made history, they were born under bad circumstances. But they still made history with various inventions. So don't give me that!

So why don't you call yourself anti-abortion? You just admitted to me that once a person is born, you dont give a rats ass what happens to them. To you, w\hatever is morally ok in YOUR mind should be good enough all of us. Wow. I wonder if you have ever considered that each person draws their own line. You say the unborn deserve protection but the born be damned. Others say all life is worth defending. Others say abortion should be rare but legal. What makes you so all powerful to decide?

A child is innocent. A baby is innocent. And it's horrible to what is being done to them. Just think... they don't even treat an animal like that. When a person gets an abortion they rip the baby apart. They don't even do that to an animal when they are executing them and you want to support that? I am anti-abortion and I'm pro-life because I think people have a right to life. If people are worried about getting abortions than they SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD SEX IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!
The basis for your argument is religious, yet you defy that by ignoring the Bible.

I'm ignoring the bible? You are the one who believes that murder of infants is justified!! You are a horrible heretic! how dare you claim to be catholic yet criticize the catholic position on abortion and claim that the bible is in favor of it. You are a complete disgrace

I agree with your argument in the sense that abortion is retarded, but I don't understand what that has anything to do with law in a country that supports separation of church and state.
defmo09 2 years ago
because you dont need to be religious to know that abortion is murder. its not an issue of religion. Its a scientific fact that human life begins at conception. outlawing abortion would not violate separation of church and state

No, but abortion is still in the blur zone to whether an embryo has a working central nervous system. Until it can be proven that a normal abortion, which excludes partial birth, is that horrific and inhumane, abortion shouldn't be outlawed when it comes to rape. Second of all what you are saying is against the Bible and the constitution. You have the right to go to Church every sunday, but that can't be what controls your vote. And free will was given to us by God according to the Bible.

whether it has a nervous system or not is irrelevant. it is still a human life. And why shouldn't it affect my vote? If you cared at all about Christ or the Catholic faith you wouldn't have the wishy washy attitude that you have. You obviously do not believe that abortion is wrong. If you did, you would fight against it.
