It's been far too long since I uploaded a video. There's been some turbulent times in my life, but now I'm finding back to my old ways and found some time to make this video inbetween remastering my first album and working on my upcoming EP :)

This time I'm doing Marooned by Pink Floyd!

Did Gilmour use a whammy pedal on the original recording?

@FlickOfTheSwitch83 Well, not a Digitech Whammy pedal, but he used a 'pitch shifter', able to bend a note up one octave :)

@mysoresriram I'd recommend Digitech Whammy. If you want information about Gilmour's gear, I'd really recommend gilmourish,com. About the Big Muff, they're actually very individual, and if you buy one today, it won't really sound the same as Gilmour's. Build Your Own Clone (BYOC) has a pedal called Beaver, and if you build that, you'll get Gilmour's distortion. It's fantastic for stuff like Sorrow and Comfortably Numb

Great, one of the best cover versions of the instrumental! A bit of a hurry playing it, sometimes the notes a little longer sound than it should have, it is important to pause that it is important for the transfer of the emotions of the song.
