Fred Thompson, Soldier

For some reason, any support of the troops is seen as "scary militarism".

I believe that protesters, who burn flags, burn effigies of soldiers, hold up signs saying "Fuck The Troops" or "Fuck George Bush" or whatever have absolutely every right to do so. And anyone trying to infringe that is breaking the constitution in half and should have that pointed out.

But, I feel the true protectors of that constitution, of that flag burner, of that radical, is the U.S. Military.

America is going to regret not making Fred the next president...

There isn't too much to be excited about the leading GOP candidates. If McCain gets the nomination it will be Bob Dole in '96 all over again. The same may be true for Huckabee, and Romney. It may be the time to draft a GOP presidential candidate. Fred Thompson would be it! DRAFT FRED THOMPSON!

Fred Thompson fans, please consider Ron Paul now that Fred has decided to drop out. Don't waste your vote on the ethically challenged candidates like Romney, McCain or Huckabee. All three are guaranteed to lose against Obama or Hillary because of their sleazy pasts.
Ron Paul will win because he will steal many democratic votes away from the disaffected liberals and he will garner the 3rd party independents and the mainstream GOP.
