Sadly, court cases are about popularity more than truth. The problem is that the "peers" are often unable or unwilling to understand the increasingly-technical evidence, much less the laws.
Men are convicted of murder over circumstantial evidence and a "bad vibe" (i.e., the jury doesn't like them). So even conviction doesn't mean he is actually guilty. A feminine man with long hair in MS? Sounds like trouble.
That said, I would LOVE to get the actual facts of the case (court transcripts, etc).

Thanks GreenGueriall for Dr. Allen story. Police are not to spend lies and the are here to TRUTH & SERVE that is their job. It is unlaeful for a police offer to tell a lie to make his case and it is unlawful to do that will harming human in jails as well.
