The Spurs are a football team in England. He supports West Ham, which is the stadium he's showing you in the video. He's describing a football game, West Ham vs Spurs. To 'have a pop' at someone would be to taunt. He talks about how he ended up punching one of the Spurs fans when the partition fence broke. You need to know that Brits tend to drop letters from their words, so 'brother' might sound like 'bruvver', and 'beautiful' sounds like 'beautifuw'
