This is a video breakdown on the burning and running of back up PS1 games. Before reading the rest of the info read requirements in order to do this.

REQUIREMENTS/And/or (not all of these are needed only one)

- A modded Ps2 slim or Fat
- A modded PS1
- A modded PS3
- A chipped PS1
- A chipped PS2
- A chipped PS3

NEEEDED!!!!!
- A Ps1 memory card to save data (only for ps2 and ps1 or save on Ps3 hard drive)
- An original PS1 game to swap with (only if you do not have a chipped ps2 or ps1)
- A backup copy of he ps1 game od your choice in (CD-R format)

After having one of these requirements watch a video on how to download and burn ps1 games
Link - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRpObcUxsoQ&feature=channel_page (My video)
If this wasent helpful enough watch another video.

Follow the swapping procedure in both videos and everything should be fine.

IMPORTANT- If you have been experiencing problems when the games run send me a video response of what the problem is otherwise it is really hard to figure out the problem.

If there were any questions not answered in this video drop a comment.

Thanks for watching and subscribe if you want.

  • If i have a modified fat PS2 will it be possible to play burned PS1 games?

Do you recommend CD-R or DVD-R for PS2.

  • @chocke CD-R only since that format was used to make original PS1 games

  • twisted metal 3 OH YEA

  • @chocke CD is the format for ps1...dvd wont work.

  • I don't know why he didn't mention this but this swap only works on the slim. NOT THE FAT. You need to do 3 swaps when the original slows down and when burned slows down and finally when the ps1 logo goes away. Resident evil works on the slim but not so certain for fat. I could not get it to work. Also if your game does not boot (ex: Crash Team Racing) Use a gameshark (Yes, you can use a BURNED one) and boot it from there. Hope this WAS helpful.

  • @lazermunky25 ok thx

  • @RivasJonathan775 nice =] if games like discworld werent through the roof to buy i wouldnt mind lol =]

  • @F4TB0Y69 for my PS2 fat, I double swap

  • @RivasJonathan775 still not found any resolve for my problem but its not as bad as it seems, still got loads of old ps1 games sitting about =]

  • @F4TB0Y69 oh
