The Anvil's First Razorgore Kill - World of Warcraft

This is The Anvil raid of Feathermoon's first kill of Razorgore in Blackwing Lair, pre-Burning Crusade in World of Warcraft.

It's important to understand that at this point in the game this was an extremely difficult fight. By the time we were at the point in the fight where we actually take on Razorgore we would normally have half or more than half the raid down.

Then something clicked with the raid.

We got into Razorgore faster than usual. We were only down a few people in a 40-man raid. We had a real shot here. It would also be the first time the tanks would have a chance to really experience the back-and-forth nature of tanking Razorgore.

When Razorgore was down to 75% I realized we had a pretty good shot and turned on FRAPS. Unfortunately I'd set FRAPS up to not record audio. So in it's place I've used the song "Kaneda" from the soundtrack to Akira. I thought it fit remarkably well.

With Razorgore down we could now start focusing on the second boss in BWL, Vaelastrasz.
