Have to agree the Giant Cyber thing was a bit over the top (though I have wondered what if the Daleks created a 90 ft 'extreme Dalek' that could blast whole crowds at once). It would have been nice if the Doctor had explained what brought him to 1851 in the first place. Jackson Lake's outfit was kicking, however--it'd be grand for a future Doc to be sporting a brighter colored outfit again.

I enjoyed this episode. It DEFIANTLY IS NOT the worst I've seen. It was entertaining but not brilliant. But the part where they actually showed all ten of the other Doctor's in the new series was a great Geek-Out moment for me!

i enjoyed this episode very much, but it would have been better if they made that other bloke one of the infinity doctors instead of an imposter, they could have ommitted those cyber mutts and the giant robot and replaced them with really scary cybermats or really scary looking cybermen. i am so glad russel t davis is leaving his writing is starting to bend round the rubbish end.

I liked it...as a regular episode. But as a Christmas episode, I kinda wanted more. At least they managed to bring more to the cybermen story. that's my basic review. Could probably say more but it's not fresh in my mind.

On another note, I'm so glad for stateside fans of Dr. Who.

Cool star wars collection. The giant robot at the end was a bit silly... I don't find Cybermen that exciting. I'd much rather see the Doctor go to other planets, than all the aliens coming to Earth.
