He put a little bit too much Michael Caine into it, I think. Statham doesn't really have a very distinctive voice anyway, he's a gravelly London cockney-esque hardman - so, like others have said, Pollak ends up sounding like the Mitchell brothers. Ray Winstone, for example, has a definite way of speaking that could be impersonated successfully. Bob Hoskins too.
