Driving from near the office where I worked to the Airport to fly across the country to another city in a helicopter. The trip was cut out a bit to fit in youtube's 10 minute requirement. The actual trip was about 15 minutes.
2004/5 i did the overlay with Asphalt on that Road and other Roads in Kigali.also i did the overlay of the Runway at Airport Kigali in 2004/5.i hope you have seen the Road in the new dress again. Thanks for your nice Film.
Not sure about all roads, but major roads in Rwanda were actually built by the Chinese over 20 years ago! Worked in Gisenyi and Kigali back in 94/96 after the genocide...most beautiful country and people. HOpe to go back someday! Amahoro Rwanda!
Just dropped in again and this time I noticed that there are traffic lights at all junctions not just at the major ones. And there are also lamp posts throughout the entire stretch of road. GREAT STUFF!

Apparently they're going to. The government announced last August (2009) that soon they will dive on the left like other EAC countries.
