great video...i have the same struggles when plan A falls thru.... here's one suggestion for you tho, don't have items that count as bad choices at your desk. then you will be foreced to go seek the healthy. :)

I had to toss ALL of that stuff from my house and stock up with things I won't over indulge. Luckily, it's only me in the house now and I can control my environment. It has got to be so ard with an entire family around. What a challenge!

Just at the flipping right time I needed this. Had nothing at work today accept chips looked at them l day long. Now I am going to wait! You are so in my head! Lol

@candj1977 Its so easy for me to just be the "easy" girl that I always have been... Sometimes I wonder when I am going to learn but either way this girl is gonna keep on fighting that former fat girl! :)
