This is the fourth and final part of a presentation i made on the second anniversary of KARGIL WAR (Operation Vijay).
It took me about five months perusing through books and websites, but I believe it's worth the effort.
There were no popular video sharing websites like Youtube back in 2001,
so i was unable to present it to a wider audience other than my friends.
