In this video, I share some of my very favorite- and VERY EFFECTIVE exercises to work my whole body with resistance: in this case, weighted balls.
Since we are working various muscle groups simultaneously, you get a lot done in less time: and these exercises are VERY FUNCTIONAL for daily living!!
I recommend that you do from 1 to 3 sets of 8-15 repetitions of each of these exercises: to work your legs, glutes, back, abdominals, shoulders and arms!
NO EXCUSES!!!!!!!!!
