Like dried peppers? Toasty fried peppers? Well, we go behind the scene at the Agriter Cooperative
which grows and processes peppers in a variety of ways. There are acres of peppers growing. We watch the processing, slicing up, and drying of the peppers. We also see how they string up the peppers for drying in the traditional manner. This is way off the tourist route ... in fact, we had trouble finding it.

My grandparents emigrated from Palazzo San Gervasio to USA and my mother was the first born in the USA.
Your video brought back many memories of peppers drying on lines in our basement and then I started thinking about and tasting again Grandma and Mom's great Italian cooking! Even if it was only tasting via memories, it sure was delicious. :-)
Thanks.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Of all the rewards for producing our videos and DVDs, absolutely none compare to receiving comments such as yours. Yes, and I remember my Grandmother making pasta in the kitchen and my grandfather making wine in the basement. Yeh, great Italian memories.
