I agree with id0stuff. The kettlework program will only reinforce bad bio-mechanical habits that will lead to injury when you begin using real weight. If you did most of the exercises seen here with real weight you would almost surely injure yourself. You are better off quitting kettleworx and focusing on the RKC New Program Minimum as outlined by Pavel in Enter the Kettlebell. All you need is the swing (done properly) and the getup to transform yourself into a superman.

good effort but I think you would of been better off starting with a 16kg bell and getting Pavels Enter the Kettlebell, consider it when you are finished with this program

Hi .
Thanks for the comment - I did consider that. I have Enter the kettlebell on DVD and PDF. I chose Kettleworx due to the less " military " style of training - although I will be getting a 16KG bell and starting that after the Kettleworx program.
