Saving fuel and reducing the carbon footprint of aviation are the goals of a partnership between the United States and Europe. Under AIRE - the Atlantic Interoperability Initiative to Reduce Emissions - operational trials are being conducted almost daily from Europe into Miami International Airport. Significant savings are already being seen. Data collected now will be used to determine the future of the program and, if successful, how it might be applied elsewhere. Produced by ATO Communications.
It's curious, in spanish Aire means Air, so "Savin Fuel in the "Air" :P
