The Upload specs
Frame size 1280x720
30+ frames per second
5000+ kilabits per second
.mp4 or other good video type.

I used Sony Vegas 8 Pro.
Note: If you use Sony Vegas Movie Studio + any number, you cannot do this! The crappy movie studio does not allow for HD uploading.
