iPhone Problem with WiFi

When I first started my iPhone, it connected to the WiFi network. When I left my house for the first time it automatically used edge, which is good. The only problem now is that now it won't go back to WiFi. I can't even access the WiFi settings, I jsut get a "No WiFi" message that is un-tappable. I am not using an unlocked iPhone and I restored it several times and it still won't work. Any advice is appreciated.

i have this same problem. Mine is jailbroken with 3.1.2 black rain. i reset the network settings-didnt work. Hard and soft reseting it-didnt work. help! oh and restoring doesnt help either

settings>general>reset>reset network settings

the issue is that your device has lost its "wifi address"...and resetting network settings will reestablish this.

to check go to: settings>general>about

then scroll down to "wifi address" this should now be a populated field.

Idk if anyone can help me but im going to ask anyway.

so i got this iphone 3g and its in good condition. I dont have no sim in it and im using it as an ipod. But it wont connect to wifi. Ive dont everything ive read and nothing works. I put it right next to my router and it wont show up. Its Really frustrating. Someone please help me

i have that but one day it came back randomly but my battery completely died then when i turned it back on same "no wifi" thing again

Only one thing to do really.. i had the same problem with my Ipod touch (32gb 3rd gen), i followed the instructions on the apple webpage, but it dident help.

If i was you, i would check the spot at the end of the jack port. there's a little piece of paper'ish material. if its white, you go down to the apple store where you bought it and get it repaired, (It should be free), and if its Pink, its been waterdamaged and you have to pay for the repair..
