3:30 my favorite moment
-
It seems like he is rushing the tempo quite a bit.

@pixoski1 must admit that when listening this i had tears in my eyes and a smile on my face :)

When i hear something like this I am proud of being polish... so many years under occupation, and still sovereign country... great history means great country... you can say what you want but i do not care...great spectacle...maybe a little bit expressive(as for the pianist) but everyone experience such a piece of art in different way...you can weep or tickle. It only depends on how emotional you are...

Lang Lang actually isn't all that good. He plays the music the way that he wants to instead of the way the piece is written. I personally like Arturo Michelangeli's version much better.

@EricVelasco13 I'm afraid you need to learn a few things about musicianship. There is no way you can substitute real playing and emotion by facial expressions. Exaggerated faces distract live audience, ESPECIALLY when the faces made don't connect with the music at all and are just there to look "cool" and "emotional". It's plastic and fake.

best piece ever written

Far out people!. Lang Lang is a Pianist and its all about Listening to him play Not to Look at his Expressions! You People Don't got the guts to do Expressions on the front of the Camera!
-
I think Lang had made effort to control himself to suit the orchestra, not too show off his expressive piano skill. If you compare with his solo Chopin Op.22 , you will see how "expressive" he can play
-
i think he sounds amazing. I would like to see your expressions if u are able to play this. Btw, is the sound messed up for u guys? it's cut, cut
I think he should stop showing facial expressions, it ruins everything...And again, i prefer Yundi Li.

some strange accents....
personally i prefer yudi li. i think he is a really artist. but for me lang lang is only a business show guy who wants always to do something new and different from other pianists. he is playing music without composer's spirit, but only his own business-show character! schade eigentlich....
