I've been doing the 180 Jump Squat for awhile, and lemme tell you that it's harder than it appears! I combine it with a twisting depth drop,mid-air twisting standing broad jump, and reversing the pattern back to the box or stage that I'm depth dropping from.

@willmackay Yeha I know about Ross. He's ill crazy skilled too,but the difference is the depths of Dr.Ferguson's technical knowledge and the incredible breadth and depths of his athletic achievements.Put those two together and there's nobody promoting bodyweight calisthenics who has overmatched Dr.Rhadi.ross doesn't have the athleticism, the trianing partners,or the performance of Rhadi.but Ross is still very fit and I respect him a great deal.
