  • This is inspiring

  • AWEuffSOME. Especially when Rhadi was doing that floor bouncing squat jumping spiked with burpees and other things: nasty st

  • @VomitingBlood LOL you won't blow yuor knee out if you do the progressions properly, lol, but that was funny!

  • I've been doing the 180 Jump Squat for awhile, and lemme tell you that it's harder than it appears! I combine it with a twisting depth drop,mid-air twisting standing broad jump, and reversing the pattern back to the box or stage that I'm depth dropping from.

  • @willmackay Yeha I know about Ross. He's ill crazy skilled too,but the difference is the depths of Dr.Ferguson's technical knowledge and the incredible breadth and depths of his athletic achievements.Put those two together and there's nobody promoting bodyweight calisthenics who has overmatched Dr.Rhadi.ross doesn't have the athleticism, the trianing partners,or the performance of Rhadi.but Ross is still very fit and I respect him a great deal.

  • @ATACXGYM He's good... Also check out Ross Enamait if you haven't already- he's the bodyweight king in my opinion!

  • Dr. Rhadi I like your style, great set.

  • WOW, These are amazing!!! What a great way to get quality leg, and cardio training, and you get the chance to BLOW YOUR FUCKING KNEE OUT AT THE SAME TIME!!!

    LMFAO!!!

Speaking mainly about the ones where you put a guy on your back, and jump 180 degrees.....

  • Rhadi is madness with the ill insights. As soon as I get my $ together I'm buying almost his whole catalog. He's truly extraodinary, the best and the "realest" S&C coach I've ever seen.
