Dude you are SICK I wish I wasn't a terribly poor college student so I could help you out. GOOD LUCK with your brewery... I hope to see you up there with Stone brewing and Dogfish as one of the new badass brewpubs that take over the world. Good idea on the local and organic... I'm into that stuff plus I'm a vegetarian. Make sure your beers don't use isinglass =D.

Was the camera shaking? I thought is was just me dreaming of Phil's Eisbock on tap year round... and a Double IPA would be nice also. Good luck Phil!

Its not like I could be my own videographer... My choices were my 7, 5, or 3 year-old daughter. Hmm I just watched it again, you might have vertigo, might want to see a doctor and have that looked at. ;<)
