  • OMG This is so true !! I totaly agree. It is noboby business what I do and with whom after office hours and in the weekend. That is the reason they call it:- private life -and privacy. Thank you !!

  • This video contains a lot of great advice! Familiarity breeds contempt, and this is especially true in the workplace.

  • @thalo2k7 My father would totally agree with you. Trust No One. Truer words have not been spoken. : )

  • She's right in this video and in many of her videos where her primary theme seems to be, share as little as possible.I think it's a shame that people feel that they need to hide, so that others won't be able to find ways to attack them. For me personally, I will talk about my personal life, I just won't share my opinions about things. That's the part that usually gets me into trouble with back stabbers.Usually I don't even talk about my personally life. I just say good morning and talk small talk.

  • People are doing whatever they want in the workplace, there are no rules at all anymore. Your perspective is viewed as old fashioned and is therefore completely out of touch with reality in how people are behaving these days. The reason is simple that they force you to reveal your personal life and if it doesn't meet their standards, you get booted out.

So if you're not married with kids, but are a single woman without a boyfriend, there's a huge difference of how you'll be viewed.

  • I would much rather be open and honest with the people around me. I would rather make myself vulnerable and build meaningful connections with everyone in my workplace. My social network is richer for it and if someone tries to talk shit about me in the workplace they are not going to get very far because Im the guy everyone loves and trusts.

  • I agree with a lot of these videos. There are none of the usual cliched answered that have no connection with reality. I would say though that sometimes it's very difficult to not disclose a few things about yourself, especially if someone puts you on the spot and over time as well it's inevitable you're going to reveal a few things.

  • @briancalifornia1 Don't shit where you eat!

  • I thought this was a free country you can't have relationships Co Workers wtf.
