OK, thanks. What size are they? They would be easily confused with RBCs if they are of similar size. I saw research indicating that there are two double flagalla in the spiro that meet in the middle. This has interesting implications when your videos are viewed.

Not RBC's. All the spiro vids and pics were from Bb31 cultures in BSK agar. No blood or human samples.

What kind of a microscope would you need to pick up a spirochete? What power? Thank you.

Most use Darkfield Microscopes. 1000x total mag. (oil immersion)

What an incredibly....informatinve video. Can someone please post to different Lyme videos for other to view. I see videos in response to, but do not know how to make the application. Some "computer savvy Lymie" out there willing? Appreciate all of your hard work and for sharing it lymebug. :)
