@softnpink28 I read that in a book the Leonard Maltin wrote about The Little Rascall's. I don't know if you can get it at the library. I had the book about 15 years ago.

Never ever touched Artichokes after seeing this episode! You know in my home my mom nor grandmother ever prepared it. But once I became an adult I ventured into many foods & vegetables never before eaten. But always in the produce section for as long as I can remember I always hear.. "It mighta choked Artie but it wont choke Me!".. still haven't tried it. ha ha ha..

@Sheri451 I would love to know more about that, do you have any other details? Isn't that something. Being Feb/2012 Black History month there are a lot of black folks looking for something negative/positive to talk about. Everything is being scrutinized.. I love "our gang" and the little rascals.

I loved Stymie, and Farina, and Buckwheat. . I saw something about The Little Rescall's once where Darla was concerned about Buckwheat, they were on a train in the South I think on a tour, and Darla asked her Mother "Why did Billy (Buckwheats real name) have to change cars?"

One of the funniest scenes ever in all of the Our Gang shorts. Stymie and Spanky were always my favorite, though Buckwheat and Alfalfa ran a very close second. And who here did NOT have a crush on Miss Crabtree? I am almost 55 and I still do!
