Its more like the owners are showing their flat to the couple that came to see it as a rental property. When the young couple asks how much is the rent, the owner said "I didn't say anything about rental, I'm just showing it off."

That's the gist of it anyways.

Just a rough translation, I have a few mistakes.

First one is.. This side is the dining room. Nice, isn't it?

Next one... uhh.. I missed alot of it, but I think he was saying something about guests staying for dinner.

The last one is:

old guy: After eating diner, have a chat, ha! Its very relaxing.

younger guy: So how much to rent it?

Old couple: Who said we were renting it?

Young guy: But you invited us to see the apartment.

Old guy: Just seeing, I never said I would rent it.

It's funny cuz when chinese people ask to "show" an apartment, it suggests that the place is for rent.

Haha this is Ikea Hong Kong cos it's in Cantonese. The couple came to see the house and they said it's a nice house. The other couple invited them for dinner. After dinner the couple asked how much is the rental. The other couple said "who said we're gonna rent it out?" And the young guy said wow what nice furniture and fittings. I hope I am not wrong in translating it.........
