Bar Chords in 5 Minutes #4 - (a.k.a. Barre Chords)

Bar Chords are based on the E and the A chords at the bottom of the neck. You have to memorize how they go up the neck and this diagram should help you see the pattern.

I don't think this video will be very helpful for people who wants to learn how to play the guitar.

Why do you write the Bb chord but not the B one? It doesn't make any sense to me. Also, when speaking, you call it B, but it is Bb. If you want people to get confused, you got it.

Also, I don't think that many people plays E and A like you. Please, use your index finger for those chords!!

Hello Fobabo,

If you remember the notes I did write, you will be able to "fill in" the others , like the Bb. If I wrote all the notes it would look messy. The point is just to remember that G goes to C, A goes to D and B goes to E, etc. once you know that you can make flats by dropping down one fret from the notes you know.

Also, my index finger bends too much. It should be straighter across the frets as you suggest. Thanks.
