Well I do appreciate you taking the time to give us your opinion why the vietnam war "was good".

Here is why the Vietnam war was good thing
1. It was not Lyndon Johnson was president when he started the war in Vietnam; It was the french who started the Vietnam War. Heard of IndoChina?
2. It stops Communism in it's tracks even though US lost the war due to public outcry.
3. Operation Thunder really scare the shit of the Khmer Rouge and they are disbanded after 4 million Cambodian died under their rule to make a Socialist Utopia.
