PlayStation Picks 1 (Purple Disc) Tour

A look around the very first demo disc that came with the original PlayStation, the PlayStation Picks pack-in. This is the first of two, the other being the Green Disc, which were subsequently replaced by pack-ins called Interactive Samplers.

A little of everything is shown, with videos of Kileak: The DNA Imperative and Twisted Metal; and demos of ESPN X-Treme Sports and Jumping Flash!*

* Note: Trying to play those using the small preview window in MS' Movie Maker is painful and difficult. Boo on there not being a resize option.

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I have a few more discs that I want to run through as well, including some old Next-Generation CDs.

I owned this disc years ago on my original 1995 PSX. I was in high school then. Wow the memories.

the demo for kileak made it look so cool, I was pysched to finally play it on an emulator about a year ago, I was really dissapointed by the music in the game, it was nothing like descent, and I thought it would be lol

Oh my God. I was in 5th Grade when I first experienced the PlayStation.....at Target, playing this disc. It was on a Monday in early September, after my family ate at Gallagher's and decided to go to Target to check this thing out. ^__________^
